BW Satellite Internet goes mobile with the military in Afghanistan

Bentley Walker have equipped European forces in Afghanistan with mobile Satellite systems to enable rapid deployment of broadband internet in theatre. The mobile internet solution, which has been adopted by one European army's signal core, has been mounted in purpose made carry cases to easily fit in most Army trucks and Aircraft transport. The system, which can locate and track satellites automatically, was provided together with specialise bandwidth management services.
In the two years that the system has been available it has been deployed in numerous parts of the world including Denmark, Germany, Kosovo, Iraq & Afghanistan.
