I would like to thank all the employees at Bentley Walker for all of the time they spent on the phone with me while setting up my VSAT. As I had no experience ever setting up satellite antenna's or anything this technical before. I appreciated the time that every person I came in contact with spent with me. Your tech support was outstanding, as were the Shipping and Billing departments. Everyone at Bentley Walker worked together to educate me, provide me with the parts that fit my unit, and calmly talked me through the aiming of the dish.

I could not be happier with the service that you have provided to me my fellow soldiers and their families, as the Internet was our main way of communicating during this deployment. Regular communication with home and the convenience of having Internet in your room or tent, with speeds that you are accustom to back home, at a price a lower enlisted soldier can afford, helps to raise your spirits. I was glad that I was able to run my communications through Europe as opposed a service in the Middle East.
