I just wanted to send you an email to let you know about my experience with Bentley Walker. I have had systems online with you 2 different times in the past 3 or 4 years when I am deployed to Iraq. Both times I have had iDirect systems there for I get to interact with Raja Praveen and he has always provided excellent customer service and technical expertise every time I talk to him. He is always available on MSN when I need him even when I can tell that he is running 20 different ways and has 10 chat sessions open and he is going up front to deal with a customer there in house. I am a Signal Communications Specialist in the US Army and when soldiers come and ask me about my internet and how they can get one here in Iraq. I will always tell them go to Bentley-walker.com and get an iDirect system and then tell them that they want to talk to Raja or access2raja@hotmail.com as they will soon know him. I do not know how many customers you have here in Iraq, but you guys are providing a great service for the soldiers who are deployed here. And I know that everyone that comes to me about internet access will get an ear full of how great my experience has been with Bentley Walker and Raja Praveen. A lot of us are far from home and it means the world for us to be able to open up a chat session and a webcam and talk to our families and children back at home. So from my 45 users and myself I thank you for the service that you provide and for hiring excellent employees like Raja Praveen and all the fine people that I get to interact with at Bentley Walker. I would like to thank all the employees at Bentley Walker for all of the time they spent on the phone with me while setting up my VSAT. As I had no experience ever setting up satellite antenna's or anything this technical before. I appreciated the time that every person I came in contact with spent with me. Your tech support was outstanding, as were the Shipping and Billing departments. Everyone at Bentley Walker worked together to educate me, provide me with the parts that fit my unit, and calmly talked me through the aiming of the dish.

I could not be happier with the service that you have provided to me my fellow soldiers and their families, as the Internet was our main way of communicating during this deployment. Regular communication with home and the convenience of having Internet in your room or tent, with speeds that you are accustom to back home, at a price a lower enlisted soldier can afford, helps to raise your spirits.
